The Dao.

I am not mad at you.

Everyday wake up with peace in your heart.

God once whispered to me
His only religion is Mercy.

My life is forever changed.

I felt safe, understood, and guided not pushed.

I left lighter and clearer

than I’ve felt in years.

I'd given up on this ever changing -

The results have really surprised me.

~ much love, thank you Sara

Feel better.

You are forgiven.

The kingdom of heaven is within us.

Be Still.
Be Quite.

Look inside yourself.
Stay in the Presence/Present.

All of us have been called to a path we can follow. You can’t just go looking for it outside of yourself. It is the kind of path that reveals itself as it is being walked upon.  If you get the combination right in your heart it is the type of path that opens up right in front of you. A way opens up where there was no Way. It is a path that is living. It has no set direction, led by the gentle whispers in the wind. There is a certain kind of love that illuminates this path, something sacred.  It is The Way of Yeshua, the Christ. The Dao.

One night, after weeping because I did not know what words I could write for a book - I had a dream.

In the dream it was written:

Why not start with this:

I am the God of Moses, Jacob and Abraham

I am your friend.

These words I dreamed on day 5 of a 7 day water fast:

The Dao

I am not mad at you

Everyday wake up with peace in your heart

When I dreamed these words I needed them.  As an adult, I visited a childhood abuser and the force of the abuse took me years of focused work to shift it into a blessing.  The Creator gave me these words in a dream a year after it happened.  I could barely write them on a paper as I was shaking so badly.

Over time, these words pulled me through like a prophetic manifestation that grew and grew.  Recently, I could hold these words, if I woke up shaking, from a bad dream - the words became one with me and reality shifted aligning itself with that peace.

Children, people that have been abused can feel guilty, the Creator is not mad at us, and has mercy for us and can heal us.

Yeshua said:

“I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life.”

Being asked by the Pharisees when the Kingdom of God would come,

He answered them,
“The Kingdom of God is not coming in ways that can be observed,
nor will they say, ‘Look, here it is!’ or ‘There!’
for behold, the Kingdom of God is within you.”

Yeshua said,

“Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment.

And the second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself.

All the Law and the Prophets depend on these two commandments.”

On one occasion an expert in the law stood up to test Jesus.

“Teacher,” he asked, “what must I do to inherit eternal life?”

“What is written in the Law?” he replied. “How do you read it?”

He answered, “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind’  and, ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’

“You have answered correctly,” Jesus replied. “Do this and you will live.”

But he wanted to justify himself, so he asked Jesus, “And who is my neighbor?”

In reply Jesus said:  “A man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, when he was attacked by robbers. They stripped him of his clothes, beat him and went away, leaving him half dead. A priest happened to be going down the same road, and when he saw the man, he passed by on the other side. So too, a Levite, when he came to the place and saw him, passed by on the other side. But a Samaritan, as he traveled, came where the man was; and when he saw him, he took pity on him. He went to him and bandaged his wounds, pouring on oil and wine. Then he put the man on his own donkey, brought him to an inn and took care of him. The next day he took out two denari and gave them to the innkeeper. ‘Look after him,’ he said, ‘and when I return, I will reimburse you for any extra expense you may have.’

“Which of these three do you think was a neighbor to the man who fell into the hands of robbers?”

The expert in the law replied, “The one who had mercy on him.”

Breath is the oldest healing practice in the world.
Every spiritual tradition recognized breath as sacred.

The original breath of life, the nishmat chayyim -
created a place within the soul that is untouched, unbroken,
the part of you that is in peace and life.

Return.

I am not mad at you.

Breathe in.
