Trauma Breathwork

As we breath through the trauma that ones bound us we can see the Creator shift our current experiences.

I just finished a practice today. One thing that stood out was the pain my real father imposed upon me. My spirit was carrying words he said to me. In this session a blue light spoke and I heard ¨You were a good daughter¨. Those words began to settle over me and my life and I saw that would be my reality.

I love this practice, note it is a trauma practice and things will come up. Generally, I do this infront of a counseling session that I have weekly with a trauma specialist. Reach out if you need someone to talk to afterwards. I would find that sometimes during or in the next morning I would feel more than a bit raw and may have some things come up. My best advice I to stand on the foundation you are building, learn some scripture, still your heart. As you become at peace and unshakable - these moments get easier because you begin to understand there is hope, even in a storm and even on the other side.

With love, Sarah

This is the practice:

As a side note: the only religion I follow is mercy. I believe in Yeshua and I know that people that studied the scriptues and passed judgement were similar to people who stoned him. If this or any practitioner is not offensive to you, do not do it.
