Day 1 - Days of Gratitude

When there are a lot of things that you have lived through, or your focus is on the fearful, the scary, the overwhelming, the things that are impossible to know what to do on your own gratitude can feel almost impossible, especially when you have not created the space for peace within you.
Today i invite you to begin.
Let´s create a gratitude list. Just a list of things that you appreciate.
My list today:
I am so greatful for the biodiversity that I am surrounded with.
I love butterflies, I love the trees, I love the plants.
I am grateful for the floof balls, otherwise known as cats share my life.
I am grateful for my doofly dogs.
I am grateful for the people whom I work with and share their days with me.
I am grateful, today, for the provision in my life that allows me to pay my bills.
I am grateful for the few friendships that I have, they enrich my life greatly
I am grateful I can move
I am grateful I have food
I am grateful for inspiration
I am grateful that I believe God says I am a good daughter
I am grateful for the weather, the rain sounds amazing
As I wrote this list I thought that if I faced challenges today, I would choose to not worry about the things that are not mine to worry about like acts of God (earthquakes, floods, and the things beyond my control), I will not worry about what other people do or think because I cannot control their behaviors, instead I will own my thoughts and think of this list and enrich my life by choosing to cultivate more actions in this list.

As I go to sleep tonight, I will read this list and write my list for tomorrow.
