Where Life Is There is Breath.
Breathe in. Return.
I am not mad at you.
Breath is the original connection.
It is the first prayer.

My life is forever changed.
I felt safe, understood, and guided not pushed.
I left lighter and clearer than I’ve felt in years.

“In just a few minutes she removed blockages no other healer could touch. I’m still buzzing from the shift.”

“Her presence is calm, loving, and real. The fear I’d carried for so long finally let go. I’m deeply grateful.”

Where Life Is, There Is Breath
When the breath of the Creator flowed into the earth, humanity was born.
Breath is our first prayer.
Fear, trauma, and worry cause our breath to freeze.
When the breath tightens, we disconnect from the One who breathed us into being.
Breath is the oldest healing practice in the world.
Before temples, before medicine, before written language,
humans learned to steady their inner world through the simple act of breathing.
Every spiritual tradition recognized breath as sacred.
The original breath of life, the nishmat chayyim
creates a place within the soul that is untouched, unbroken,
the part of you that still carries peace, clarity, and life.
My personal story goes deep.
Trauma brutalized me throughout my childhood. Safety, peace, belonging just did not exist them for me. Trauma broke and formed the foundation of my life - I lost my breath. Trauma, fear, pain, can disconnect us from our natural breath - we just hold our breath. I believe it is in these moments the trauma lodges deep within us - until we can bring it into the light. Exercise, movement, worship, breath work all sacred tools that we have been given, to move those traumas into the light where God can heal them.
Conscious breath work and control of the breath enables us to breath through traumas and experiences that were too hard to face. Personally, I have experienced as powerful releases in breathing as I have fasting for many days. What I love about breath work is that it is free, you were born with it, and once you know about it it is a tool that is free for you to use anytime. Because it has been so helpful to me and I try to practice it daily I would like to share it with people for free. Staring in March, 2026 - I am opening weekly Zooms to breathe and am always happy to schedule personal time to connect.
